A dream came true, but...
I have been dreaming about this shiny toy since its release and yesterday I made the decision to finally have it. As a person who is obsessed with music and lighting, this product is perfectly made for me. I was so excited to pair it with my JBL Flip 3 that I bought last year but I am so disappointe...d that I am not able to pair them because apparently Flip 3 is equipped with JBL Connect that apparently does not work with JBL Connect+ that Pulse 3 is equipped with. This is a very misleading policy in my opinion, I understand the difference between Connect and Connect+ but in that case Connect products should at least receive an update to Connect+ so that they do not end up in garbage for no reason. Dear JBL Team, would you please be nice and provide a firmware update for Flip 3? The main reason I bought my Pulse 3 was the pairing feature and now I am really not sure if I actually made the right decision by buying it...

Just got these. Sound quality is not very good. High treble no bass. These are not listed on the JBL app. Wondering if there was a way to change the sound settings. Other than that they would be very good.

I just want to say that I'm very amazed by the build of the JBL Flip 4. I've had mine since it first came out. While on a camping trip last week, it accidentally rolled up against my fire pit for several minutes and burned. When I grabbed it, everything was still working perfectly fine and it still charges. Pictures attached, isn't it amazing ?! I highly recommend this JBL product! Not only it is waterproof but it is also fireproof lol I'm just very sad at the way my baby looks now.

Both my jbl flip 4s have not lasted longer than 1 year 2 months! Very disappointing as this brand is supposed to be top quality, hence the price for this?!

Recently bought these through my university online shop, and I'm so glad I did! The ANC function is great, sound quality is amazing and they're so comfortable over my ears. My only concern is that, straight out of the box, I noticed the left headband extender bit is quite loose, so if I hold the headphone by the headband, the left earphone drops with gravity. It means that the left earphone doesn't stay on the height I want it at. Other than that, I love them!

My mom bought thisbfor me last year may 1st and now its been about 4 months since my jbl flip 4 would just shut down ..no matter how much i fully charge it it would just play about 1 hr maximum and for that even i use 35% volume..for 50% volume it would only play one or 2 songs n the red light comes on battery indicator n it would turn off i really need your help..i wanna replace my battery..but i don't know where to get an original battery for jbl flip 4 also one of my passive radiators have been pierced by something i need to replace that to..right now my bros are using flip 3 and a charge 4 flip 3 is about 2 years or more old and its still working best charge 4 is new but my flip 4 was good until 4 months form now PLEASE HELP MEE..where can i import a jbl flip 4 battery and a passive radiator

Had my original Flip 4 for two years. Recently purchased 2 more to link together at my pool. Play back sound it horrible when linked. Crackles and cutting out at any distance. All together, 10' apart, 20' apart, highly frustrating. Speakers are truly only good by themselves.
