Roto molded Water Cooler, The Silo makes me smile!

Using this for the first time while camping. Made as well as other YETI hard coolers. There are molded in handles, but not any other handles. Overall it is a great addition to other YETI products, keeps plenty of cold ice water for days.

Constantly Leaks

I bought the 6g less than a year ago and while it does a great job keeping water cold, it constantly leaks from the spigot. I've cleaned it to remove any built up debris but nothing has improved. Not what I would've expected from Yeti especially at this price

I originally bought it for a water cooler but I've used it as a cooler when my tundra 65 was too big. It might be nice to have rope or strap handles like the tundra or loadout.

Immediately put it to use. Made iced tea for a large party, remained cold all day, despite being hot outside. Large quantity allowed me to not have to worry about refilling before the party was over. Spout comes apart easily for cleaning. No issues with leaking as others have mentioned before. It does dribble when releasing the button on the spout, so keep the cup there for a couple seconds or have something to catch the drips. Plan to use this on the boat, all summer by the pool, and for all of our cookouts and camping.

Brought this camping to a music festival - Coachella. It kept water cool and preserved the ice in 90+ degree weather. It saved us from buying cases of water and wasting the water bottles after opening them. I highly recommend this silo. Although the price seems steep, for big groups especially when camping in hot weather, it kept us hydrated and cool. It's totally worth the investment. Can't wait to take it to Zion in September!

This 6-gallon water cooler has surpassed our expectations. We park it in our mudroom on the bench loaded with deionized water for daily use. Our previous 5-gallon cooler spot would leak well after we filled our water bottles. This cooler has a better spot which stops dripping after a second or two when fone pouring. Love it!
