I've used this product for a year now and for a highly powerfull and portable machine, it seeems very stable. I have not had a problem in performance or ease of use. the touch screen sensitivity is great. and the battery life is good too. It would have been perfect if it had a 360 degree rotatable screen. But overall, a great product.

I loved the idea of this laptop, but it disappointed. The battery performance has always been bad, less than an hour of life when it was brand new. The battery completely died after about 2 years, won't even power up without being plugged in anymore. The build quality of the case has also been sub par. Some of the screw holes holding the bottom on cracked and now it is loose. Hopefully Asus has improved battery life and build quality.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Arrived yesterday and already know it's a keeper! Right here and now, this is the top spec dual screen with OLED main that makes more sense than StudioBook or Zenbook 16X with their massive touch pads and Asus Dial that no matter how much I try to avoid false registers continue to foul up usage while typing. Those also get uncomfortably hot for all day use unless you're prepared to run the fans on max. Fewer ports on this one but you get better airflow with grills and since your wrists aren't resting on the machine, you don't notice the heat buildup
