      I have this cooktop and the left grate is disintegrating, the product is under 1 year old and I have not used any type of cleaner that would prompt this. It is next to impossible to get a hold of someone from customer service. I definitely would not recommend this company or this cooktop.

      We bought this cooktop in2020 and did not use until our home was completed in July on 2021. Everything work great for about the first year but then the knobs began to break until eventually all five had broken. We check the LG website for replacement knobs and found you'd pay a ridiculous price for just one knob, You would think LG would replace the knobs since they were made so cheap and everybody seems to have the same problem. Needless to say we are very disappointed with our purchase and would think twice before buying another LG product.

      We just moved into our new home and the LG Gas Cook top is fantastic. the unit cooks exactly as it should with a middle burner to boil water fast. the design is good and the functionality is great! The unit is performing well and we are pleased.

      The 36" cooktop works well when using burners at once. Pans do not hit each other. However, griddle is small and does not fully cover burner
