I bought the Venu to replace my VivoActive (which is difficult to charge now). This was a step backwards, BUT I only want a tool to track distance and calculate my pace on runs. I never used the Garmin App prior to today, 8 May 2022. I downloaded it in the hope it would be easier to use the watch. It made 0% difference, and only put me in line for more marketing even though I opted out of it all. Hopefully I can figure out how to adjust the settings so it suits the way I use it.

Pretty awesome so far. But sorely disappointed in two basic features I cannot get. I had to get a third party app to connect YT music, I would have even settled for SoundCloud.

Love the watch BUT can't keep the band one have also bought some new bands with same result. Has anyone else had this problem? Afraid the pin will let loose and lose watch and not know where

I bought this a year ago and the notifications have never worked. Everything else with the watch is great, tracks exercise, water, sleep - no notifications. I am now considering whether I should buy a new watch and doubting Garmin even though I love their brand. The notifications are one of the main reasons why I bought the watch in the first place. Im worried if I buy another Garmin I will have the same issue.

I bought the Venu 2 days ago so I can try out Garmin watch since I never owned one before. I had multiple versions of Fitbit Charge and Ionic for over 6-7 years. I was surprised how easy it was set up and especially the Sortify music option that I can store music on the watch. I ran a half-marathon even and I can analyze my performance in details. I absolutely love it so far

I bought this watch about a year ago and was enjoying using it and then out of the blue it just stopped charging and started getting hot on charge would not go above 1%?Now it is just one huge disappointment. And is probably just over the warrantee !!
