I have had my new cooktop for 3 weeks. I like everything about it except it always leaves stains after each time I cook. I have to use Cerama Bryte every time I cook. I hate this. My last one wasn't this way. I only used a strong cleaner every once in awhile. Not sure there won't be a warranty ...

I have had it less than a week. It is easy to clean. My favorite feature is the light saying its on. Its easy to leave in on when the heat setting is low. I have been pleased thus far.

Works as expected. Would prefer if the control knobs and cook levels were in a light colour so I can see them against the black surface. Easy installation. Did it myself except for the electrical hook up. heats up quickly too.

I needed a new glass stove top. Mine was old but worked. Unfortunately it had a crack in it and I thought I'd stick with a whirlpool since the first one lasted so long. I had it since 1996! I only gave this new one 4 stars because it isn't as easy to keep clean with fingerprints. I also thought I messed it up the second time I used it because it left marks on the burner. I had to do some research and found out how to correct the issue. The manual is limited with how to clean it. Other than that I love the look and it cooks well. I would recommend this stovetop.

Looks nice, but a little hard to clean. The thing that troubled me was the installer made me aware that although new from the warehouse, this item is already 4 years old. Just want to make sure my warranty starts with the day of purchase!

This is great inexpensive cook top. It replaced a 20 year old KitchenAid ( same company ) at a lower cost. It was easy to install and it was well packaged. Both brands are made at the Benton Harbor MI plant. The quality is about the same, but of course the KitchenAid brand has a little more prestige.

It is impossible to read the temperature setting so I've lost track of how much I've burned. Plus this is the first range I've ever seen that has the large burners at the back. It's much easer to manipulate larger pots and pans when t don't have to reach all the way to the back. Smaller cooking I pots are lighter weight and and don't need to be up front and center. Honestly if this didn't come with my new home, I would never have purchased it. And the surface round the knows is impossible to get clean without removing the knows. I wonder how long it will take before the unreadable temperature markings disappear. Not sure who you used to design this but they did an extremely poor job.
