I'm a few month into owning this beast and I LOVE IT. I hope the quality is as good as my other Sony tv's, if so then this will be my best Sony purchase yet. I'm using it with a 7.1 Sony receiver powering my in-wall and ceiling system...best of all, the system works with my Apple TV controller...I can turn the TV off and on and adjust the volume all with one controller. If I turn on my PS5 the TV automatically switches to that input...no. No controller is needed...when I'm done if I click the Apple controller it switches back to apple. I need to make a video...it's that cool...I will at some point. Look for it on YouTube under Jones Beene...give me a week or so.

Good picture quality. The sound quality is poor and lacks bass. The remote control is of very poor quality, the backlit buttons are worn out. The remote squeaks when used.

The TV has issues with some basic and that's very disappointing. Used with FTA Sat and changing channels is very slow. But the biggest issue is with "Interactive TV Guide". Didn't work at the beginning. Starts to work after factory reset (despite new software) but each time you starts to use you TV you have to wait a long time before you will see any information. For me, this is a basis for disqualifying TV. In addition if you using any apps a lot, after some time, the TV stops responding and need around 5min to go back to working conditions.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Brought T.V a few weeks ago, picture and sound good but lacks some basic features. No teletex, cannot alter contrast, no program return button etc. Remote flimsy and poor quality Very poor user manual and confusing. Not as good as the Samsung it replaced
