      I've had my Samsung soundbar for a few years now and it never gave me any issues. It's always put out great sound quality at all volume levels, sets any mood.

      sounds great for a while. sound keeps getting lower and lower while watching a movie on any streaming service. i can get back to the original volume by pausing and restarting. annoying

      I've had this item for over a year and a half, and haven't had any issues at all. I'm not sure what other people's issues have been, but my experience has been great. Lots of power and sound, Bass is good (a much improvement over my 5 year old Philips system). Unsure how well the expandable Surround Sound system works, or if it's possible to buy a separate Wirelss Subwoofer, but the unit as is, was a great buy for me.

      this soundbar is a good entry-level audio addition to the home theater experience. the sound is very good across the living room and enhances the cinema/video game sound. the wifi is spotty but that might be due to my carrier so overall i would purchase this again.

      I purchased this soundbar along with a 65inch tv. This soundbar would have to be the biggest piece of rubbish I have ever bought. I have had nothing but issues with this since I purchased it. I would go to take it back and it would start working properly again. Now the subwoofer won't connect to the sound bar which is just over a year old, the rear speakers won't connect and they are just a few months old. When you spend good on money on a product that is not fit for purpose and does not do what it is suppose to do it is very frustrating. Not good enough Samsung.

      the sound quality is great when the subwoofer doesn't disconnect. i have updated the firmware and it still continues to do it. i have the subwoofer within 3 feet of the soundbar and it still disconnects occasionally. i attempted to connect using the fiber optic cable to see if that would fix it but now the audio is too low.

      1. conectivity to a samsung 55-inch class crystal uhd tu-8000 series - 4k uhd hdr smart tv (un55tu8000fxza has been inconsistent and very frustrating. i have had to unplug/plug into power source in an attempt to reconnect bluetooth with samsung tv. i have reset the samsung tv back to factory settings. it still fails connect from time to time. there are no devices near by to cause interference. 2. every once in awhile, the tv stops playing through the soundbar and instead sounds like a warning alarm going off at high volume level. if i wasn't nearby to shut down i wonder if it would do permanent damage to soundbar and sub woofer. you would think that relatively newer samsung products would intergrate very well with each other.
