      Bought this fridge a year ago, it has been great until recently when a month after the 1 year warranty expired the right door constantly popped open slightly when you close the left door. In a family with 3 kids I'm now constantly closing the fridge door. Opened a ticket and support tells me it's no long eligible for warranty and sends me a few generic links. The fridge needs a much longer warranty, I'm never buying LG again unfortunately.

      Overall good fridge. It is less than 4 years old, but had a defrost issue, so we had to pay to get it fixed. LG service was quick to respond.

      I bought frig in 2019 and liked the look & functionality of it. However the compressor went out after 4.5 years luckily we purchased the 5 year warranty so it's back up & running. The only con I feel is that the right side of the door doesn't seem like the magnet was strong as the left side. When i asked the tech, he said that was normal, not sure how true that is. I mean it still closes but feel like the magnet should be stronger so it feels like it is sticking & not easy to pull. Other than that, it's all good.

      Extremely poor service the refrigerator stopped working after Barely a year. It's not been four weeks without refrigerator and will not return or refunded nor is there any timely resolution in radar. Do not buy LG they are horrible at support and do not stand behind their products or take care of their customers
