Love everything about the system with one bug. The volume button does not respond well. It is nearly impossible to lower the volume.

We've had this for around 18 months. Hands down the best quality sound for the money. The remote is terrible. Impossible to find out exactly where to point the remote and you almost have to crush the volume buttons to get the volume to move. Frustrating as heck. Can't they do better?

I had posted a poor review several months back due to not hearing back from support for problems that I was having. TCL has since been in contact and provided a series of detailed steps to correct my problems. All is right with the world now. I will knock down a point or two for performance. The av sync never seems to be spot on. I would like to see settings in 10ms delays instead of the canned 20ms. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with this soundbar and thanks to support for their help.

I really like the soundbar. there is a slight delay between the image on the tv and the sound from the soundbar, but I think I can live with it. Unfortunately, all of the instructions I can find on how to setup wi-fi are not complete - none describe what to do when Google Home says my device needs to be initialized before it can be set up. It sees the device somehow, I assume they need to be on the same network, but I can't get into any sort of wifi configuration. Anyone have any ideas?
