      Worst purchasing experience of my life. Installers wouldn't remove copper line. I had to hire a plumber. When installers came for second attempt, they didn't have the right size coupling and left without installing. I called a plumber to install at my expense. Not the Icemaker won't make ice and has flooded my floor.

      My original ice maker which was only about a year stopped working and when it couldn't be repaired, kitchen aid replaced it, for which we are very appreciative! This is our third ice maker ( same model) as we love it!

      WE have had a Kitchenaid ice maker for over 25 years and it finally bit the dust so this is a replacement So far we are very happy with it. I only wish I had know about the filter system because I put a filter system in the water line to the ice maker before it was delivered
