I bought this just to do basic things like Office, browse the internet and watch Netflix. Very easy set up. All features were as promised including a 1 year free of Microsoft Office. Great sound for Spotify and Netflix. Streaming works well. Sleek and compact. Excellent value.

i brought 2 of these hp 14s-fq002laptops for my 2 grand children and they love them to bits they are 9 and 11 years old and do all there homework on them
