      This fan is Great has a sleek look. With 4 speeds, easy to put together, moves side to.side. it has a timer. And is quite . The the side holds the remote with magnet. So happy with this. 49" tall. Perfect for medium room

      We live in Texas and the Summers are HOT! My husband and I spend all Summer fighting over the right temp to keep the house. He wants to save electricity but I can't sleep if I am warm at all. We have a ceiling fan but it just wasn't keeping up. We then used a Vornado fan which was great but really only for the person it was pointed at. This fan is fantastic! The oscillation is perfect and I swear the air coming through it is cooler than the Vornado. I also love the remote so that when I forget to turn it on before bed, I can do it without leaving my bed :)

      This is a nice tall fan. I had been looking for something just as tall but had no luck till now. Nice, quiet oscillating tower fan. Keeps a mid-size room at a comfortable temp. Has 4 settings and a remote that has it's own slot to store it.

      This oscillating tower is very size friendly. Hardly makes anyone and it cools off my entire room in a matter of MINUTES. Very user friendly. The remote makes it even just that more convenient. It's also easy to blend with the rest of the decor in my room which matters alot to me. I love being cold at night and with this I was easily able to achieve that at a push of a button. The rotation on it is so quiet yet very efficient. Very happy with this tower.

      Recently I got a Sharper Image Home Comfort - RISE 40 Oscillating Tower Fan and I love it. Not only does it not take up alot of room or noisy but it definitely keeps a room cool. Its also easy to use and very sturdy.

      I received this amazing tower fan in exchange for my honest feedback. It's nice and sleek, seems very well made! And the air it blows out is amazing!! It's so powerful and works so well. It was very easy to assemble. I would definitely get another!! And recommend!

      I was pretty disappointed by the amount of power this fan has. I was hoping for a strong fan that was somewhat equivalent to your average box fan. Unfortunately this just isn't very strong. Even on the highest setting I don't think it really compares to setting 1 on a box fan, and it's hard to feel it even on the highest setting if you're more than 3 or 4 feet away from it. However, it is a very nicely designed fan, and I like the magnetized remote holder. It's also a very quiet fan, and oscillates very smoothly. Just doesn't have the power I was hoping for.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

      The RISE 40 Oscillating Tower Fan is slim, sleek and very modern looking. It is powerful, and nicely made. It has four speeds and is pretty quiet. The fan is stable eventhough it looks slim and tall. It has a bright orange remote control that is just impossible to lose that is equipped with a timer that you can set for it to turn on/off at certain time. It has the options to oscillate or stay in one place by using the remote control or the control panel on top of the fan. Assembling the RISE 40 was also a breeze. Simply snap the base together, put four screws into the base and tower, and the fan was ready to use.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

      The Sharper Image Rise 40 tower fan is amazing! It has four speeds and it's quiet enough that it doesn't interrupt a conversation while keeping the whole room cool because of the great oscillating feature. It has a remote control and a timer that you can set which is awesome too. We love it!

      I really only like to have fans that rotate as I feel it keeps the air moving more efficiently. This one has a good turn radius and good air flow. Set up was fairly easy (can be done with 1 person but we managed easier with 2) and only took us a few minutes (do need a screw driver). It is fairly quiet which was also a nice feature. The only thing that I don't love about it is the orange remote that you put in the top slot. I like the easy access and storage area for the remote but the color is unsightly against the black. Just a small issue though for an overall really great product.
