This 18" ice maker produces ice with a shape and size that makes it ideal for a variety of entertaining needs. Fully Flush Installation blends with surrounding cabinetry for a refined built-in look. A drop-down door helps enable that flush appearance while providing convenient access to the deep storage bin, which can hold up to 35 pounds of ice.

Fully Flush Installation

allows the door to sit flush without protruding or leaving a gap between the ice maker and adjoining cabinets, providing a built-in look that adds a touch of style to your kitchen or bar space.

Self-Cleaning Cycle

makes routine maintenance easy using a "clean cycle" and Affresh® ice maker cleaner.

PrintShield™ Finish

resists smudges and fingerprints. The specialized coating for stainless steel is easy to clean with just water and a soft cloth, so you can spend more time cooking and less time cleaning up.

Filter-Ready

provides a dedicated space where a filter can be inserted to help remove contaminants, improving taste and clarity. A filter is not required but can be purchased separately. Use filter #F2WC9I1 and change every six months for best results.

Drop-Down Door

Allows a more custom installation with a design that removes the need to account for a hinge.

Clear Ice Technology

provides cubes of uniform 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/2" size and shape that are ideal for daily use or a variety of entertaining needs. Clear Ice Technology allows for attractive drink presentation and a slow melt rate so beverages won't water down quickly.

We bought this in our new house in 2017. It has sprung a leak that we still can't locate and ruined our pantry wood floor. It worked great for a while but such catastrophic failure (with no warning!) is totally unacceptable.

The machine took 3 months to arrive due to supply chain issues. After installation, The machine quit working after 2 days. Took 2 weeks to fix it. It came from the factory with a faulty part.

This new ice machine was delivered on Jan 9. I turned it on and an hour later it was off. Service call indicated a new mother board and pump was necessary. Waiting for that to be installed later this week.

I bought my ice maker June 2023. By September 2023 it stopped making Ice. They have been to my home 4 times to repair the third time he took the ice maker completely apart with all the machine all over my kitchen floor he even had to weld part of it. He put it back together and the machine started making extreme loud noise by that evening. I had to turn it off I had to wait tlll Monday to call. He came back this past Friday and could not find anything wrong and it started making ice. So the day after Saturday it started it again not making ice and making loud noise.
