We have had both the Profile and the Cafe' warming drawer. Once warm, the expanding metal pops so loud that it scares guests, pets and us!

IT TAKES AWHILE TO ACTUALLY HEAT UP, DON'T EXPECT TO KEEP SOMETHING WARM UNLESS YOU TURN THE WARMER ON 5 OR SO MINUTES BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR ITEM IN. BUT IT WORKS WELL ONCE IT IS HEATED UP.

Our warming drawer is so amazing. It keeps our food warm or hot, depending on the heat setting, without drying it out. We are all so busy and sometimes we can't all eat at the same time so this was the perfect addition to our kitchen. It keeps the heat going without heating up our kitchen like an over would if left on.
