      I bought this freezer to replace 2 smaller freezers that were getting quite old. I am happy with the size capacity . I would like to see it come with smaller wire baskets that would fit on the shelves. This would make it much easier to store things like fruits and vegetables. The one large basket that it comes with is very handy. Overall, very impressed.

      We bought this freezer on April 14, 2023 as our 22 year Frigidaire Upright Freezer stopped cooling. We wanted to purchase another Frigidaire Upright freezer as our original never had an issue until it stopped working. Not sure that we should have stuck with brand loyalty when purchasing our new freezer. The new Frigidaire freezer Model no. FFUF2021AW is alright, as it does not have a lock, temperature alarm and is not very sturdy. We wanted to get another Model of the Frigidaire however we were told it wouldn't be available for a couple more weeks and our freezer had stopped working and we could not wait. The Frigidaire Model FFUF201AW seems to be running all the time and is quite loud. The freezer is not very sturdy, it has been installed properly and yet when you open or close the door it shakes and moves. The basket is made of very thin wire and 2 areas of the basket arrived broken. It is the same size as our original Frigidaire yet it's capacity is not as good.

      I bought this to replace a 25 year old 10cf chest freezer. It is a big upgrade, I had to buy some bins to get the most out of the space though.

      We bought this freezer a month ago, and it was quite easy to change the door to open on the other side. We love the light inside the freezer and it is very spacious and great for organizing your frozen foods.

      We had this same freezer in our home for 5 years. We recently moved and our freezer had to stay with our house. We never had a problem with it, so we immediately purchased a identical one, newer model of course. We love this freezer, it fits everything! The newer model seems to have better placement of racks and door shelves. It is the same size freezer, but it just seems to hold more. We put plastic bins on each rack to hold our food. Works great. If we ever need another, we would happily buy a third.

      After 3 weeks we find that the temperature is even throughout the freezer. The shelving is very adjustable and the lighting is great. The bottom basket is a great feature. Frost free is a real bonus.
