      Purchased about 5 months ago. Used ~5 or 6 times before I noticed one of the wires on a beater had disconnected from the beater. It's not very powerful either. I expected more from this brand.

      I love my new kitchen aid hand mixer. It's quieter than my previous one. I have a kitchen aid stand up mixer also which I love but find it heavy for easy recipes . I reach for my new hand mixer more now. I am quite pleased
