      I had to return and exchange for the same unit as the digital instructions were in French and not English. There was no option to change to English and the Cruisinart support representative stated that could only be done by the manufacturer. The unit looks well built and I look forward to using it...

      I make gluten free bread & this mixer does a great job with the sticky dough. The best feature on this Mixer is the timer. I love that you don't have to watch the clock!

      Won't cream butter and sugar without having to stop it constantly and scrape down the sides. Even then I have a lumpy mess at the bottom that isn't creamed. Tried creaming eggs and sugar…sugar only partially dissolved. These are recipes that I have successfully baked for 40 years! Bring back my old two beater sunbeam mixer.

      My 52 year old stand mixer provided many kitchen dishes, so researching 2023 stand mixers was intense. Cuisinart and the other top brand were the top contenders. I love this 5.5 qt Cuisinart and attachments- perfect choice! It's quiet, the beater height was perfect right out of the box, its motor is quiet, and it is effortless. Thank you Cuisinart!

      Nice technology but very confusing to operate. Followed instructions word for word but machine did not respond as described in manual. Put this one aside and brought my older model back out to continue to use.
