      Love my dishwasher! Needed an 18" and debated between this one and a cheaper model w so-so reviews. So glad I picked got one. Quiet, cute, great wash results, fits sooo much, has a sterilize cycle and heated dry for most cycles, plus the door pops open to circulate air.

      Error code less than 2 months installed, called for assistance, customer service was less than helpful. I purchased new appliances so I didn't have to worry about broken items. Think twice about dealing samsung for your purchases. They ask me to bring my dishwasher in for repair?

      So they replied to me about my faulty dishwasher that is out of warranty to contact their warranty team but why? I did respond by email and copied the US CEO. Crickets. What are you offering? What can you do to make this right? I just don't see the point....

      We bought this dishwasher because of the great reviews. It turns out a "leak code" started coming on about 6 month after we purchased the unit. Basically the dishwasher stops in mid-cycle and will not pump out the water in the bottom. The Samsung technical agent suggested that we turn off power at the breaker to clear the code. We've been doing that repeatedly, the unit works fine for a few weeks, then the code returns and we have to start over. Now our warranty is in dispute! This defect is mentioned all over the internet in reviews...too bad for us that we didn't find those before making the purchase.

      Overall happy with the dishwasher. We have a small kitchen and needed something that wouldn't take up all of our cabinet space. Only two complaints: -We had issues leveling it during installation. -We have owned it just less than 2 years and the top rack is rusting. Seems like a manufacturer error.

      I ordered this dishwasher for a remodel and waited to open it until the cabinets and flooring were installed. This dishwasher is really light weight doesn't feel like a premium product probably why it was deleicer damaged. Because it was delivered damaged the door doesn't properly close. Because of my experience I would not recommend buying this model. I have been a loyal Samsung customer. I expected a premium product that would be useful and well designed but was never able to even use the unit.
