      after reading reviews, I was happy to get my new hood. It too was dented in spots that had to have occurred before shipping as the box and packing foam were perfect. when I peeled the very hard to get off film it also took a rivet out and exposed the dents. it is attractive and works well with very nice features, and on low is very quiet. The auto off feature is handy and a welcome addition. I just need a dark Zephyr decal to hide the dent!

      This stainless range hood is very classy-looking. Operation and maintenance is very simple. The CFMs are plenty for everyday cooking. Coordinates well with my new Frigidaire appliances.
