I bought this a couple months ago and it is still not installed. I have contacted customer service 4 times to get bolts needed for installation below my cabinet with a spacer. No one has sent what is needed.

I bought this microwave almost a year and few months ago. I loved the spacious and easy way to use, but I had to call for service and they had to replace the main computer board and the magnetron twice. At least both times it was under warranty. I still love the microwave, but disappointed that it had to be repaired twice.

I bought this microwave a month ago and am generally pleased with this model. There are some improvements that I would suggest. The light under the oven is barely betten than a night light. More light shining down on the cooktop below would be great! The buttons on the glass door are impossible to read in the dark. The kitchen lights must be on to use the microwave.
