This TV has so many issues!! About once per month I have to reset the factory settings to be able to change the volume. The color is also not great.

I bought this 10 months ago and it has been one problem after another. First the screen has a dark shadow, although not big, but noticeable. The screen has to be replaced. Then the hard drive went out and entire unit was replaced. Service request from Samsung is great but the service contractors were not good. Overall, the tv itself has too many issues

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I had this TV for exactly 3 years and it worked great. Two days ago the screen died mid-use and the sensor started blinking. I have never had a TV last for such a short time.

S90C better than S95B if use Qsymphony soundbar

I bought this in April 2024 as replacement for 2 S95 LEDs that were having problems after updating software. This S90 CD was much more stable and clear. I has been an excellent product and in my opinion as good as the S95 units that were replaced by this. I have a Qsymphony HW sound bar with rear speakers so the sound is similar to the S95. The only issue that I have is sometimes the sound is muted and I have to go between the TV and Qsymphony sound to get the sound back. The picture is what we are paying for with the OLED and it is crisp whether cable TV or streaming. The viewiing angle is much better than any LED/LCD. The Remote is cheaper than the S95 remote but putting a bright silicone cover on the remote helps the feel and easier to locate in the seat cushions. Over All it is a great addition to our Video room, I am praying that Samsung doesnt release a future software update that disrupts the picture quality as so far we are very happy with our S90CD.

Color is amazing which is usual for Samsung. Not enough HDMi inputs. Remote is horrible, learn from your LNT days. Power cord too short. Apps gui is confusing and difficult to use. Screen share works ok.

Bought February 12 2024 and screen is going out exactly 1 year later and warranty is expired. I had previous tvs for over 10 years and never had this issue. The left side of screen is fading out and line in middle. Do not buy

This tv lasted just 18 months before it broke and was beyond economical repair. My previous Samsung tv lasted less than 3 years. Meanwhile, I have a tv from one of their competitors that's still going strong after 12 years. No more Samsung products for me.

Hands down the best picture in a TV I've ever owned. Only 4 stars due to the EARC sound software issue. The cutting in and out sound issue when using EARC/HDMI is the same as hundreds of other users are experiencing after your latest firmware upgrade. A temporary work around is to use optical sound but it's not the same quality. Please address this for us!!!
