      For every big load you wash, there are smaller loads that are a big deal. The compact LG SideKick is specially designed for your small, custom-care laundry loads. So you can clean three days of sweat-laden spin class gear now rather than waiting for a full load in your regular washer. Discrete compact washer sits underneath the main washing machine. Also acts as a pedestal to elevate the front load washer for easier loading and unloading.

      Use LG SideKick on its own or at the same time as the front load washer above to save time. Each washer operates independently, so you can wash one load in hot and one in cold at the same time. Start or stop a cycle or open the door on either washer without interrupting the other.

      i bought this high tech washer and the bottom unit malfunctioned and i have been waiting now for over a month, with three cancelled service trips by LG to repair my problem to be resolved

      sucks, doesn't work well, gets dirty and gross easily and ive only had mine for 2 months and ive used it twice, oh and LG has awful customer service, never use them, I will never buy from them again

      Hey Jess! Thanks for leaving us a review on your LG SideKick and support experience. It's super useful to be able to perform quick and easy cycles for those daily items, so we'd love to help! If your clothes aren't cleaning properly and/or the tub gets dirty, we recommend performing a Tub Clean. To perform a Tub Clean, ensure the tub is empty. Then, add a liquid chlorine bleach mix solution or a tub cleaner. Close the lid, select the Tub Clean cycle, press the Start/Stop button, then finally push the drawer closed. We recommend performing a tub clean once a month or once every 15 cycles. When using detergent with your LG SideKick, please be sure to use a HE detergent.       I bought tis a month ago and am a little disappointed at the fact that the salesman did not inform me that I was not getting the latest model. When I realized the reason I could not connect it to the LG app was because it did not have that feature, I was looking forward to having made the entire side kick experience a disappointment to me?

      I do like the sidekick pedestal washer for small loads and when I spill on an article of clothing that I want to wash immediately. It serves the purpose when I want to keep a stain from setting without wasting a lot of water. I do wish it would spin excess water out when the load is complete.

      It's really nice The pedestal washer is great. I really enjoy having the ability to wash a load of clothes and then to wash a small load that may not need drying in the pedestal washer. It's also nice to have the LG app to let you know when your laundries done and to keep track of when you need to clean the washer.

      The Best For Small/Sensitive Loads - Saves Time

      I bought this to go with my LG Washer. It is absolutely wonderful. I can do a load of towels, sheets, or even a comforter in the top washer, while, at the same time wash a load of items requiring gentle wash. I don't have to use a large load for only a few small items. It cuts my laundry time virtually in 1/2 by not having to put a very small load into the main washer - or allows me to wash my delicates and sportswear on a more consistent basis. I do not have to wait for two to three weeks waiting until I get a full load. I've been chomping at the bit to have one of these for a very long time, and now I have it. I love it. The only drawback is that it, as well as the top washer, seems to leak - I don't know if it's the soap or what - but it has a leak down the left side - leaving a white line of maybe detergent? I do not know what it is. The filters are clean. This has been going on since the day I had it installed. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because of the leak with the white film. Also, it will not connect to my ThinQ program. I have followed directions over and over - to no avail. I cannot get one single LG product to hook up to ThinQ - I own all LG products - TV, Dishwasher, Stove/Double Oven, Washer/Dryer, Washer Sidekick, Refrigerator, Second Refrigerator - not one single product will link to the ThinQ
