      Clock Display Got Behind after Several Days.

      This microwave has an issue with the clock display!!! The clock is defective and Samsung states that clock issue is not considered a defect for the microwave as long the microwave can heat. I purchased this unit in March 2024. After 3 months, the clock displayed 12 minutes behind the correct time. I reset 3 times, but the problem persisted. I called Samsung for repair, they replaced the panel. After 1 month, the clock issue still happened. When I reported to Samsung again, they refused to repair with the above statement.

      Did not work right out of the box. Had serviced. The cords inside were wrapped around the fan. Shorty work. Caused the magnetron to burn up.

      I placed an order for five stainless Bespoke appliances and my microwave was free. The next day I found that the induction oven I ordered was incorrect (the person helping me placed the one-door induction range in the cart and I wanted the flex duo model). I was afraid to cancel the whole order because I originally wanted Navy steel appliances and most items are unavailable (what…they don't make appliances?). I placed an order for a the flex duo that was $1,000 more expensive. I then went to my original order and cancelled the one door induction. This also removed the free microwave and when I called customer service they said the microwaves were all sold and therefore I could not get the free Bespoke microwave I wanted. What…they don't have more microwaves??

      Bought this in 2020. Has good features,good volume and looks good in the kitchen. About a year later the door latch stopped working. They have 1/8in of plastic holding heavy 2in spring. The parts that broke are part of the door itself and you have to replace the whole door for nearly the price of a new oven. Ended up fixing with some superglue and soda to reinforce the thin plastic. Come to 2023 magnetron is dead, replaced magnetron, new magnetron was a reasonable price. Today Aug 2024, another part of the door latch broke. This time it's the upper guide of the latch, same 1/8in plastic piece. Glued it, but I'd probably not going to hold. Prior to this I had GE over from the mid 90s, it lasted almost 30 years, it was made in South Korea and had Samsung magnetron in it. I really though that same would be of this Samsung model, but it's not good quality. If they re-engineer the door latch, I would give it more start.

      I got this about 5 years ago as it came with my house. The handle broke off completely, which wasn't a big issue. But then the buttons quick working, except the 30 second button. This house purchase came with mostly Samsung products and I have been less than impressed.

      Door broke just like everyone else says. After only one year. I've had every single other microwave in my life for many years. Flimsy cheap product. Now I have to replace it. AGAIN.

      Builder installed before house was purchased. Does not heat food well. It takes forever to heat a plate of food, 5 minutes and it's still cold in some spots. My last microwave only took 2 minutes. Lights on hood vent went out in 6 months. The electric stove is even worse. Not a big fan of Samsung appliances unfortunately. Not the same quality they put into their TVs and monitors.

      I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG OVER THE RANGE MICROWAVE APPROXIMATELY 4 MONTHS AGO. WE HAVE HAD CONTINUOUS ISSUES EVER SINCE, SAMSUNG HAS HAD TO SEND 5 REPAIR MEN. WITH SO MANY PROBLEMS, WE REQUESTED A NEW MICROWAVE. THEY WOULD NOT WORK WITH US. IT IS CURRENTLY OKAY BUT WHY WOULD WE WANT TO KEEP A BRAND NEW ONE THAT STARTED OFF WITH SO MANY PROBLEMS.
