will cover the cost of modifications to your existing countertop, cabinet or adjustment of electrical outlet positioning. Offer is not valid for
new countertop and/or cabinet installations related to new home construction or remodeling. In unusual circumstances, the $100 or $300
maximum allowance may not cover the full cost of modifications to existing countertops or cabinets; you are solely responsible for all costs

toward the cost of professionally
modifying your countertop.
*Standard 30" free-standing cutout
is 25" deep, 30" wide and 36" high.
How to Receive Your GE Appliances Visa Prepaid Card
- When mailing in your rebate request, please ensure that you have the following:
- Complete ALL information on the rebate form—including model
number and serial number for product purchased. Incomplete
forms will not be processed. Mark the model purchased on this form.
- A copy of your original Sales Receipt or Invoice which shows
the model number and the name of the store where the
appliance was purchased.
- Include a photograph of the previous cooktop you replaced with
the cutout dimensions prior to modification.
- Include a dated invoice or receipt from a professional installer or
contractor stating the cost to modify your existing cabinet on a
separate line item from the installation costs, with a photograph of
the finished install.
- The serial number for the product that you purchased. For
assistance locating your model and serial numbers, visit
www.GEAppliances.com/Finder.
- Rebate submission must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2025.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
