      I like the machine a lot. I do like the modern sleek look it cleans very well, the AI functionality works great. I do wish the knob used to Switched between cycles was a little sturdier, but not a huge deal. Overall, very happy with the machine.

      I bought this washer with some skepticism from a review. I decided that this was just one person review. This is the best machine I have ever purchased in my life time. It is what a person needs in their washroom. I can do so many things with it remotely. It reminds me when the wash is done and even better it continues to remind me if the laundry is not removed. With that being said I went and bought a dryer to compliment that amazing washer. Great product truly satisfied and a customer of LG for life.

      I bought this washing machine a month ago and it is a big improvement over my last machine (which was admittedly, very old). Our clothes feel and look clean, are much less soaking wet when they come out (so they dry much faster) and I love the capacity.

      I am happy with it so far..The only issue I've had is the door seal tore . It was under warranty, and eventually repaired but I had problems with the technician deciding he couldn't come on the arranged day.
