      Took a year to get our refrigerator to work. Extremely disappointed, does not even come close to how I feel about this. Turns out the magnet in the top of the door would not each the part of the refrigerator to generate cold. How are we to know? Then the help, forget it. No one cares, days to respond to questioning. Took forever to get handle parts for the door, as Zline didn't even carry the part. What? Well, after several service calls, the 11K refrigerator now works. Not impressed.

      Going with Zline autograph line was the best thing we ever did in our kitchen renovation. It is stunning. I love that it comes with the gold handles and the stainless so we can swap if we ever decided to move away from the gold. We love the flex drawer for produce/snacks for our kids.

      I've had the fridge for almost a year now and I just want to thank Zline for creating not just a beautiful sleek looking fridge but also a very functional one!
