      I received AC after having a portable one and it worked much better than the previous one model. It does a wonderful job cooling my apartment.

      AC doesn't work at all. According to specifications, it should cool a 350 sq feet place, I have i in a much smaller space and it doesn't bring down the temperature at all. I still need to use the fan to get cool. I set it up at ita minimum, 60 degrees, and temperature does not get even close to this. On top of this it is very noisy. Product is very poor, it does not comply with any of its specifications.

      I bought this just before the June heatwave, and it's absolutely amazing! The cooling is outstanding, the remote is oh so convenient, and it's so quiet…makes sleeping a joy! The installer told me how great it was, too! Get one!

      It seems to cool fine, but the advertized 52-56dB range is actually 60-84dB in use.

      Do not purchase this AC unit. It is too loud. It does not work properly. It takes too long to cool down a room 8 ft by 8ft.
