      HORRIBLE MICROWAVE

      DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF TRASH. I HAD THE MICROWAVE LESS THAN 2 MONTHS AND I ALREADY HAVING ISSUES , SAMSUNG SUPPORT IS GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND TO REPAIR. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

      Nice Microwave but Horrible Delivery/install

      Giving 1 star mainly because of the terrible experience with delivery and install. We ordered the microwave in Dec 2024 and it was delivered and installed Jan 2025. The delivery guy called us saying he was 30 minutes out. He actually arrived within 15 minutes and we missed his call that he was here and he left. We called him back within 7 minutes of the missed call, and he said he was gone and we would need to reschedule. We asked him if he would come back since it was within the 30 min window, but he said no. We offered to give him cash if he would just come back. So he came back and installed it because we gave him extra cash. After he installed the microwave we noticed the top of the microwave was warped and it was tilting forward. We weren't sure if this was due to improper installation or defective product. I contacted Samsung customer service and they ordered a replacement. The replacement was scheduled for February but never arrived. We called and they rescheduled us again to March and it was finally delivered. RXO was not able to install it because we have backsplash, so we will need to find our own installers. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get delivery scheduled with their delivery company RXO. Will never order from Samsung again due to them only using RXO for delivery and install.

      I'd give this less than one star if I could. Purchased unit 2 1/2 months ago. Clock loses 4-5 minutes each month. Numbers are extremely dim. Door hard to open to the point one of the filters fell out. Light is an otherworldly bright blue white. And when turntable is on it rattles. Sounds like the glass plate is hitting the door, but it makes the same noise even with the plate removed. Rattle goes away when turntable is turned off. Chat guy (and phone convo) says yep under warranty. This was after assuring him that I had washed the wheel ring, and mounted the glass plate properly and sending him video with sound. Here's the kicker — no warranty service company from Samsung will repair the microwave unless it is dismounted from the wall. Only good thing is it looks good and heats as it should. Next time we will purchase from a local source.

      Very disappointed in this purchase. I did not get extended warranty on this microwave. Literally, the microwave stopped working correctly the day the warranty ended. The microwave would not heat food properly, then it would randomly start running on its own, huge fire hazard!! We had to unplug. Reached out to Samsung on several occasions. They agreed it was a fire hazard and to unplug. They offered nothing to help replace or fix. Sad that Samsung can't stand behind their own products. A microwave should last longer than one year. Still on the look for a new microwave and from reading other reviews as well as my personal experience, it will not be a Samsung.

      We purchased an entire Bespoke set (microwave, dish washer, fridge, stove) that was delivered in August of 2022. The microwave made a pop sound the other day when it was not even being used. The breaker tripped and would not reset. I unplugged the unit and was able to reset the breaker but would trip it immediately after trying to plug it in. After talking to a couple of different people via the online chat and on the phone, the best option they were able to give was to pay a fee for them to send a tech out to look at it because it is out of warranty. This is clearly a manufactures defect and the pictures were provided. I am all for paying someone to fix something if I screwed up on it but this is a defect and they won't cover the cost of a tech to come out and look at or just replace the unit because it is out of warranty.

      This microwave was included in my new home. When cooking something over 3 minutes the left side of the microwave steams up on the outside and goes up on the left cupboard door above the microwave steaming up and that will warp or otherwise damage the cupboard. The Samsung warranty is not worth the paper it's written on as techs have been out and have seen what it does and says that's normal. Too throw steam out and warp the upper cupboard. OMG, really? Don't buy it.

      The unit was installed without an issue. Oven seems to be working. My wife and I are senior citizens, therefore have familiarity and comfort with written manuals and instructions. We are evolving with media and are comfortable with such. There are no written operating instructions with unit, and no reference anywhere to look at videos to assimilate some of the attractive features. (What are settings and how do they work?, etc, Power levels ? ) There are some valiant efforts provided by fellow purchasers on YOU TUBE, but I have lost confidence and a level of trust with SAMSUNG due to negligence in this area of customer support. Given the shortfall here, I am open to saying I am currently shopping for a 2in1 washer dryer combo, rest assured the VERY FIRST THING, after I make sure a unit fits in my space, I am asking sales rep to show the level of instruction and operation . I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DO THIS BEFORE

      Microwave display is broken after 2 months

      I purchased this over the range microwave in September. About 2 months after we received it the display started flickering. After 4 months, the microwave flickering has increased. I have contacted Samsung for repair and they are telling me that I am responsible for un-installing the microwave and will be responsible for re-installing the microwave, assuming they can fix it. I am not physically able to do this which is why I had it installed in the first place. That is unacceptable for a brand new microwave that is broken. Avoid buying this product.

      We love our new microwave. I was able to install it myself relatively easily. I pulled out the old microwave, I used the new template and my wife and I were able to drop it right in. The microwave work well and looks great. No issues at all.
