      Smart oven, with all the perks of gas

      I bought for the wife when we moved into our new house. Love the even flame , the smart features are great and have wonderful integrations with out samsung phones.

      Stove top will chip

      Bought this range less then 3 months ago and the stove top is already chipping down to the metal. Samsung refuses to make it right because it's a "cosmetic" issue. Apparently you can't clean your stove after every use because in less then a half year you might have a rusty top.

      I bought this range by a month ago,and I am very happy with it . I still don't know all the things that it can do. It's still a work in progress so far so good.

      I love the look of this oven and the fact that I can watch things bake in my phone but what I am having problems with is I seem to have a hard time turning off the oven it seems that it wants to stay on and also I can't figure out how to start the oven remotely or change the temp in the app. As far as I can tell the app doesn't do much. And that there was no instruction booklet is not helpful. Also the oven did not come with a rolling rack and to have to pay extra for something that should have come with it is insane

      I have had the range for 4 weeks and the front right double burner is hard to light. You have to ignite and then shut off and ignite again. It usually lights on the second try. The smell of gas is very noticible.

      My customer bought this model and front right burner came defective, the nat gas orifice won't thread out and on the try the hex shape came round, tried with other special tools and nothing, almost they put loctite but more likely at thread time factory they went a bit sideways and messed up the threading locking the piece, after DAYS and HOURS trying to get the part at the end I had to order and pay for it because they stay on the tech report which never had the courtesy to call and ask how this happen.

      Gas range loaded with features. I loved the fact that it has a camera to see the status of the food in the over. Illuminated knobs helps without the proper lighting in the room. Only con with bespoke design is that backsplash is not given. Separate attachment should be provided along with it.

      Had this stove in my house using it daily. I love it rated 4 stars only cause the oven seems to run a few degrees cooler than what it is set at. Here's what I don't love about it. -oven runs a bit 4-8 degrees cooler than programmed temps -time won't display on the range screen indefinitely. Screen will turn off -middle grate connects to left and right grate so I can't take it out before removing either left or right -I NEED to use the middle button to start the oven, the start/stop button won't let me start the oven even when I toggle the temp on the middle button im forced to hit middle button. Overall I love the range, I'm just being nitpicky.
