      The Bosch 500 Series 36" Gas Cooktop features a sleek stainless steel finish that complements any modern kitchen decor. Its low-profile, one-piece stainless steel design ensures easy cleaning and a seamless appearance. The front-positioned control knobs provide intuitive operation, while the continuous cast-iron grates allow for effortless movement of cookware across the cooktop.

      Burner Configuration

      This cooktop is equipped with five sealed burners, offering a range of BTU outputs to accommodate various cooking needs:

      • Front Left: 3,400 BTU
      • Back Left: 6,000 BTU
      • Center: 16,000 BTU
      • Back Right: 10,300 BTU
      • Front Right: 6,000 BTU

      OptiSim® Burner

      The OptiSim® burner is designed with a wider and thicker burner cap, providing better flame control at lower settings. This feature is ideal for simmering delicate sauces or melting chocolate without scorching.

      Safety Features

      For enhanced safety, the cooktop includes a distinctive red LED light that indicates when burners are on. Additionally, the FlameSafe™ thermocouple feature automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame is extinguished, preventing gas leaks.

      Easy Cleaning

      The seamless, one-piece stainless steel surface and sealed burners prevent spills from entering the burner box, making cleanup simple and efficient.

      Additional Features

      Additional features include an LP conversion kit for compatibility with liquid propane, ADA compliance for accessible design, and a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty for peace of mind.
