The Cool Springs Electronic Express has evolved so much over the years. We love the Cool Springs community and we are happy to have served the area for the past 20 plus years! Throughout that time, we have moved 4 times and, with each move, we added more to our showroom floor. We have evolved into carrying appliances, televisions, computers, mattresses, smart home devices, home theater set-ups, and much more. Each product category is supported by hundreds of major brands, including GE, Dell, Samsung, Sony, Tempur-Pedic and many others.

I explained what I needed and he walked me directly to cabinet that these items were and when he saw they were out, he immediately said he would check in the back to see if they had others. The employee was knowledgeable and thorough in providing info on each of the 2 brands we asked about, and knew the differences in each model of those brands. The delivery service caused problems when installing my dryer with outlet. Made me get an electrician and said they would pay for it if electrician found them at fault. They did find installer at fault. I was told by deliver person I would be refunded.
