Bought a Frigidaire Oven/Microwave oven from "Brandon" it worked one week and quit. My husband contacted Brandon-he strung my husband along promising a new part would fix the problem. After seven attempts with a new part ( we have the paper work) it still hasn't worked. Hope someone else will learn from our mistake.

Horrible experience at the outlet store as well as the retail store in Gallatin. Their delivery team is absolutely able to communicate when they have to cancel. They don’t even let you know that they’ve rescheduled you and no one ever answers the phone. I will never do business with this company ever ever ever again.

Try asking for help at this place is a joke literally the guy stayed on his phone what a joke too bad I can’t post the picture I asked for help and guess what he said? I’m on the phone when I get off I will never got off the phone and it was a personal phone call nothing to do with helping a customer over the phone never will I do business again there😡😡

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Their delivery department had absolutely AWFUL customer service, terrible communication, and zero willingness to make their many mistakes right. From installers to the manager I spoke with (Mayra) RIDICULOUS

I would highly recommend the Electronic Express in Gallatin. Especially Raven Tenpenny. She was very knowledgeable and very patient with us. Being of an older generation we aren't upon all the latest technology. Also found the whole staff to be very helpful and kind.
