The staff is very knowledgable and helpful! I spoke with James multiple times and he was super helpful every time— helped me arrange pickup and delivery. The prices are also great! Better than the other big box stores.

I’ve only been in store twice. This being the second time. I walked in and was instantly greeted. I told them I was looking for an open box television. One of the salesman, can’t remember his name, took me straight to where they were and we found it without much difficulty. We loaded it up. I paid. bought a Full set of kitchen appliances there and the Frigidaire stove has plastic knobs painted to look like metal, and they are peeling and look awful. This started happening within a year. wrote a complain. Got a reply they would replace them. I accepted but they never reached back out and replaced the knobs for me. Bad business.
