If there were an option to give zero stars for delivery, I would have. I paid $130 for installation, plus a $40 tip, only to find that the team left without connecting the drain hose—resulting in water flooding my apartment. This company is a fraud. I bought a pair of Sony earbuds (Linkbuds Fit) that they were selling for $41.99. I paid, and the transaction cleared my credit card, the item was mailed, however when the item was about to be delivered, Electronic Express "intercepted the package" from USPS and had it sent back. Electronic Express is rude, it's theft. I bought an HP laptop where it was defective, I went for the warranty and they did not respond to me and it was only 30 days after purchase 🤬
