This 30-inch gas cooktop features a continuous surface with cast-iron grates that allow you to move cookware without worrying about lifting or spilling it. The five burner cooking surface includes a 17K BTU professional dual ring burner for the flexibility to simmer or boil, a 10K BTU Even-Heat torch burner, and a 6K BTU Even-Heat Simmer Burner for precise control at a lower setting. And with the removable griddle you have the option to cook even more.

10K BTU Even-Heat™ Torch Burner

Features an exclusive design that provides a small flame for delicate simmering and a larger one that distributes high heat across the whole pan for more even cooking.

17K BTU Professional Dual Ring Burner

Allows you to go from one small flame for precise simmering to a dual flame for powerful boiling, all on the same burner.

Removable Griddle Included

Provides a one-piece flat surface that can be used on the right, left, or center of the cooktop surface, and is ideal for making a range of dishes from crepes to quesadillas.

CookShield Finish

Protects the cooktop from stains that may occur with high temperature cooking. The permanent finish makes it easy to wipe clean without harsh chemicals so it looks clean, bright and beautiful even longer.

Multi-Finish Back-Lit Knobs

Deliver a beautiful accent with pleasant LED lights that let you know when the burner is in use.

6K BTU Even-Heat™ Simmer Burner

A diffuser plate allows more control of the flame at the lowest setting, for more precise simmering and melting.
