After purchasing the fridge, it started making a humming sound. I had it fixed, but the noise returned shortly after. Four years later, it completely stopped freezing, and the fridge eventually stopped cooling altogether.

After 4 years of use, it's already having a major problem that can't be repaired by local technician. A certified technician at a high cost is required. LG offer a flat rate cost wich is close to the price of what was paid for the dishwasher 4 years ago.

When it works it works great! Problem is it is not working…again…doing the same thing it did before. It stops halfway through the cycle and the control panel lights up like Christmas. If I decide to buy another panel it will be the third one in seven years. Not sure of doing it…the panel price is almost the same as just buying a new dishwasher (different brand). NOT HAPPY at all with this dishwasher!!!

Dishwasher failed after just five years. Showing nE error code, but replacing the vario matter did not fix this. Also severe streaking on glassware, and now the unit is not draining (OE error code). All in all a pretty crappy product with a short lifetime. Will need to replace with a new dishwasher from a different manufacturer.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the performance of my LG induction range. I purchased it in June 2023, but it began displaying an error message in October. That was resolved in about eight weeks. Since the repair, the range's performance has worsened. It overheats, causing uneven cooking and frequently burning my food despite careful adjustments. This has made cooking frustrating and disappointing. I urge LG to address these quality issues to prevent similar experiences for others. While I expected reliability, this range has been a significant disappointment. I have complained from the beginning, and LG is not taking responsibility for changing this product. I would ensure I get the value for my hard-earned money, and justice must be considered. Getting this product is at the owner's huge risk.

While the oven performs much like any other oven, it has 2 features that LG refuses to address and that you can find anywhere on the internet: Number 1 is that the glass coating actually wears away after minimal cleaning and you can see the "checkerboard" underneath it. Number 2 is a very serious health hazard concerning the enamel chipping off the interior of the oven--and I've never used any of the "cleaning" cycles! Just a damp cloth on a cool oven! Every single time it's used, I find chips of blue enamel. Thankfully, we haven't ingested any of these sharp "nuggets" yet, but it's only a matter of time.

I have had this dishwasher for seven years. I do really like it. a few years ago the motor was getting noisy so I didn't use it quite as much. Did the dishes by hand. I finally decided to get with LG because I had learned that the drive motor had a 10 year warranty at first when I was trying to get it warranty. They wanted me to bring it in which would make it not worth doing. I finally convinced them to let me do the repair Myself and now it is running quiet again. Veryhappy they restored some of my faith inLG. As I had bought everything in my kitchen, LG, the oven went out when it was just barely on a warranty and they did not help me at all so this was quite impressive

The dishwasher malfunctions easily. Poor design allows moisture into control panel and causes the machine to shut off without completing the wash. STAY AWAY FROM LG BRAND PRODUCTS.

The process for obtaining the replacement compressor was not smooth. LG should be willing to just send the replacement to the customer, rather than the customer having to pin down an appliance repair person so that the compressor can be sent to the repair person. On top of this, the new compressor is continually running, even after the repair person has confirmed that it was installed correctly.
