      I came home from an extended vacation, turned on my refrigerator and waited for ice. Every once in a while the icemaker made strange loud noises, but no ice. I contacted LG by on-line help and they quickly helped me fix the problem. They said hold down the cycle button for a little while. Finally a BIG chuck of ice fell out and everything was fine. Thanks guys!

      Only used for 14 months in our RV 5th wheel the unit is a 2022 cedar Creek but the frig was made in 2020 so they will not help fix it . All they keep stating is unplug it we had a service tech come he said it has a gas leak but no help so far from factory.

      I really like the fridge but the line connecting the water to the ice maker has leaker twice and damaged the wall behind. I found out that the temp was too low and that caused the leak. Why would they allow the temp to go so low it would make the fridge malfunction? Other than that it's very nice.

      After two years the fan has failed. Isnt covered by warranty. My 80 old mom on a fixed income can't rely on your product. The fan failing is a known problem as I found out. Would not buy. Also it's about impossible to actually speak to a human being on the phone.

      We were excited to purchase this product. However, weare very, very disappointed that it broke down only 2 1/2 yrs {bought 2/2022 broke 8/2024 and it took so long{6 days}toget the part to fix it. Weare further upset that we had a hard time understanding due to clerks accent if we could get reimbursed for the $400 worth of food we lost. He said we could be reimbursed but needed to file reports and call a different number. That customer service person was difficult to commun icate with and finally referred me to another person. This all was very, very frustrationg and time consuming. Then the last person said no there was no way to be reimbursedfor lost food. We are not happy with your company.

      THIS FRIDGE IS SO BAD STOP BUYING LG. THE ICE MAKER STOPPED AFTER A COUPLE MONTHS. FREEZER GETS STUCK BECAUSE RODS FREEZE UP AND OVERALL THIS FRIDGE WAS A WASTE OF OUR MONEY.

      These are a total piece of garbage. Died after 2 years as the compressor failed. LG could not support the repair of the unit as they did not have a repair service representative in the area.

      These units are garbage. The compressor died after two years. LG has a 10 year warranty on the compressor but does not have service techs to support repair. It has taken over two months to get the unit replaced and we still do not have resolution.
