We bought this in 2021 and the ice maker has been a nightmare since 2022 3 people out to "fix" which consisted of using a hair dryer to thaw it out, which I had done myself. The last guy said sorry it can not be fixed. He even said samsung won't do anything about it.

I bought this fridge about 2 years ago, the fridge itself has a nice sleek look. The shelves inside do not allow for tall bottles without loosing space on the other shelves. When it came time to replace the water filter it was very hard to remove the old one, the same goes for the shelve above the water filter. I had to watch several YouTube videos to figure out how to remove the shelve and be able to remove the glass to be able to clean it.

On the front of my refrigerator is a sticker that states 10 years warranty. I have had it for 3 years now 2 weeks ago it started not cooling. We had some Samsung repair guys come out and added refrigerant and almost a week later the same issue. They had replaced a main board in the back of the unit and I had them removed and put my old board back and now after one week later we have the same issue of not cooling again. I will never buy anything Samsung.

I would not recommend this fridge to anyone. We have had the fridge for 4 years now and the ice maker has consistently gone out. That issue started right around the 1 year mark and recently it started making a really loud buzzing sound. For the price point that we paid for this fridge I would not expect to have had all of these issues. We thought Samsung was a good brand to go with, but we have had nothing but issues since buying this fridge. DO NOT BUY.

This refrigerator has been an extreme disappointment. It's not a budget/economy appliance, so I've been very unhappy with its unreliability. I have had two service visits for the ice maker. The first time, the ice maker had stopped making ice completely. The second time, it was only making a few cubes a day. While the second repair got it making ice again, it leaked into the bottom of the refrigerator and also out the door dispenser ever since. Separately the unit has now stopped cooling completely and I'm waiting on a service visit, and I've been using it less than two years. Just a terrible experience for a pretty expensive appliance (though this would be disappointing no matter the price).

Worked for less than two years. I've maker went out first then the fridge. Lost a ton of food and drinks. Family of 8!!!!

The ice machine constantly freezes over, and the internal capacity for the fridge is inaccurate, given the ice machine takes up so much space. Additionally, there are not many options for arranging the shelves, which also limits capacity. The pull-out snack drawer would work well, but since the top lid portion doesn't lift very tall, it doesn't fit many snacks (even most yogurts are too tall), basically just flatter snacks. It's like they didn't consider actual use when designing it. Also, the ice can get stuck in the shoot for the dispenser; it will slowly melt and leave water residue everywhere.
