I have had nothing but problems with this machine. One being the dishwasher door moves side to side if your not careful. I have had a technician come out to reseal the door as well as on the bottom side of the dishwasher's heating element burning the plastic blade so that had to be replaced as well....

This was a replacement for an older GE model dishwasher that finally reached it's end of life. It has a modern look and fits in well with the other GE appliances in my kitchen and it was on sale. I do have to mention that it's a little louder than the older model hence the 4 star rating.

Dishhwasher is quiet during operation, however the drain does not completely drain dry. Moisture may lead to bacterial growth and foul smell. Owner's manual do not address this problem.

This dishwasher is solid. I don't write reviews ever, but I figure I would for this one. The dry cycle works really well. I only use it on the dry cycle because I can't stand drying dishes. In older dishwashers I had, I would have to do a light scrub for stuck on food before throwing them in. I use Cascade platinum plus with it and seriously I don't have to do anything beforehand. I've put some crazy dirty and crusty stuff in there and they always come out perfect. My only critique is cleaning the front gets streaky but I'm probably using the wrong product to clean
