      Have been using for 1 month now - Here's the good & the bad. Good: looks nice for the most part, extremely easy to instal, fair price. Bad: the heater is laughable, you need to be standing 12 inches from the fireplace to feel the heat. I find the fire looks much for realistic with only the orange flames on and the white flames off. Problem there is that the bottom lights alternate from orange to white so when you turn white off it looks wrong/fake. Overal, not bad!
