      Stay away from LG. I am sure I will. I have been using the brand for years. Until recent purchase of the washing machine has changed everything to the point of no return. An absolute nightmare of the product and customer service.

      I purchased this machine after my old one (same exact model) expired and I had to part with it. I knew exactly what I am getting myself into (longer drying times, excessive shaking on the Ex high speeds, etc.). However, given the size of the machine and my apartment, it works for me. From the time I received the unit, everything that could have gone wrong with it - went wrong: the unit was delivered unpacked to my apartment (apparently the guys unpacked it in the truck and brought it up naked); as they cut through the tape to place extra parts to the drum, they also scratched it (for which I was reimbursed); the unit is simply not drying the clothes - it's malfunctioning for every drying option, it simply makes my clothes dripping wet. I called LG - they sent a local specialist, which did a computer test on the unit, and it showed that there was nothing wrong with it. The clothes are still soaking wet. I notice a similar trend with any electronics you buy now-a-days - cheaply made with 0 support. Not sure what am I going to do - but the whole experience left a very bad taste.

      Bought our unit in 2015 and just starting to have problems with it now, 9.5 years later. Until now it has been reliable and cleans well. The issue some have with drying is notable. When the chime signals that the cycle is complete, do not wait to pull items out or they will dampen as they cool. Heavier Items, like towels, may need another drying cycle. Otherwise, this is a wonderful product for a small household of two people.

      Why the actual f is there no setting to just DRY why is it SO HARD TO JUST DRY YOUR CLOTHES. So insanely frustrated, they make this thing so hard to figure out and use

      Do not waste your time and energy on this. It takes 2 hours for the most basic cycle with 4 items of clothing in it. (thats about all you can fit). And it never REALLY dries anything. They are always a bit damp. I got mine less than a year ago. I hardly use it because it is too frustrating. And now its broken down and Ive been waiting weeks to get it fixed.

      It's basically paying way to much for just a washer. The dryer part is awful. Somehow clothes overheat risking damaging them whilst still staying humid for most heavier items like towels. And every thing smells kinda funky after drying. Very disappointed with my purchase and local provider won't take it back obviously. I thought I would save space...just waisted money instead.

      This generation of LG's all-in-one washer/dryer is improved over the previous. I've owned both and, while I really liked the previous one, this operates better. Particularly the dryer. It is easier to program and dries faster.

      I've had this washer for roughly one year after owning a previous iteration. This unit has many improvements and would recommend this to anyone who has limited space and doesn't mind a long dry cycle.
