Good Phone With Potential To Be Better!!

I've had my Google Pixel 6 Pro for about 3 weeks. I was ecstatic to finally own a Pixel, because I've heard nothing but great things about them and couldn't wait to see for myself. I went from Pixel 3 to Pixel 6 Pro. I would give a mixed review. The first time I turned it on, it got way too hot, almost too hot to handle. I found some advice online and turned off adaptive network (IIRC) and adaptive display. It no longer gets hot. The phone has locked up on me once and the scre...

So I've had this for about a year now as a secondary phone. My inital reaction straight out of the box was it felt light and cheap because it felt like all plastic. But actually it's quite sturdy. I feel like the screen won't crack when it's dropped from a reasonable height. I'm a Samsung user so getting used to the phone took a bit of time. The Camara is decent and I really have no complaints about the phone.

I've been an android user since the Galaxy S2 and a Pixel user since the Pixel 2XL. In the month or so that I've been using the Pixel 6 Pro I've been extremely pleased with what the performance and features of this phone. With little to no knowledge of photography you can take pictures with this phone that are phenomenal and rival dedicated DSLR cameras costing 2 to 3 times as much. The screen is bright and the colors are beautiful. Battery life is good, I'm able to get through a full day without touching a charger. The Pixel 6 Pro has 2 frontward firing speakers that provide excellent sound for watching videos and movies. If you're looking for a phone that uses the Google ecosystem and can also take ridiculously good looking photos look no further, the Pixel 6 pro is the phone for you.

I got this phone specifically for my social media content for my small business so I don't use it to make phone calls and can't review that part of the phone. The camera is pretty decent. I'm still getting used to it. It's not as user friendly as the camera on my Galaxy Note 9 but it does seem to have the features I need. I got a nice case and now I like the way it feels in my hand. Before I got the case the phone felt very odd in my hand. The way the camera sticks out on the back is strange.

After over a month of daily use.. i can confidently say that i love this device.. Pros: the Camera: maybe worth it for the camera alone.. amazing quality photos and the AI enhancement tools are really cool.. especially the night mode. I was able to take really compelling nighttime photos. I've been using this as a second device, kinda like a small tablet. The screen is bright, clear, and BIG. very nice user experience. Cons: The battery life is ok, not bad, but i was expecting a little better given that its the latest and greatest tech. overall, i would definitely recommend this phone. its just a well designed piece of tech.

The Pixel 6 Pro has some amazing and unique features. The first thing I noticed is the big display and the 120 Hz refresh rate. It makes the screen look so smooth and feels premium. The camera array looks kind of funny to me, but it takes really detailed photos especially with the selfie camera. I especially like the "magic eraser" feature and though it was pretty cool, although I might not have much use for it. I think my favorite part of the phone is that since it is a Google phone and Android is a Google product, you get the cleanest and most smooth version of Android than any other phone. It doesn't have unnecessary apps or annoying bloatware like some of my previous phone have had and the phone is so customizable within the settings. This feels like how Android phones should be! Overall, I would recommend the Pixel 6 Pro. It is a flagship phone, so I'd say it is a good value for all the high quality features you get and that are exclusive to these phones. I'm enjoying it so far, so I might have to stick with Pixel phones in the future!

Super Fast! Fast! Fast! You also really cant beat the price for a name brand smartphone. The memory is spacious and shows everything. Also anything I need opens in a flash. Getting a case is a must-have, especially one with a textured surface because this phone is a little slippery. However, it has a nice weight too it, I would call it a heavier phone when compared to other popular ones on the market.

I've had my Google Pixel 6 Pro for about 3 weeks. I was ecstatic to finally own a Pixel, because I've heard nothing but great things about them and couldn't wait to see for myself. Upon unboxing my new phone, I noticed it's very slick and definitely needed a case, to prevent it from slipping out of my hands. The Dark Grey color of this phone is absolutely gorgeous and one of my favorite colors. I really like the big screen size, but am not too fond of the curved edges. The initial setup was simple and didn't take much time to complete. I simply plugged in a USB cord, from one phone to the other and followed the instructions on the screen. I use my phone for everything, from family to work and I was always running out of space. I'm very happy with the storage size, it's exactly what I need. The picture and audio quality are both amazing! I'm constantly taking photos and if you have a toddler, you know how difficult that can be and upsetting it is, when you miss the perfect photo opportunity. With my last phone, it lagged before taking photos, everything would be a big blur and I'd miss every special moment. I'm glad I no longer need to worry about that? The fast speed on this Pixel, makes work so much easier and I'm now able to complete tasks, in record time! As for online shopping, which I do a lot of. The Google Pixel 6 Pro does Not meet my needs. When I use my shopping app, it opens to the product just fine, but once I change size or color, I can no longer add the item to my cart. Half of my Google links wont even open, unless I сору and paste them in a messaging app and it's not just the link, because I have no issues opening them on my other devices. Both of these issues are fixed with each update, but they're only fixed temporarily and for a short period of time. One of the main reasons I was excited about owning this phone is, the long battery life. Unfortunately the battery doesn't last as long as it should. Like I stated before, I use my phone for work and I'm not even able to get in a full day's work, before I have to stop and charge it, for nearly 3 hours. Unfortunately there are more cons! I don't mind my phone having Google assistant on it, it's actually quite convenient. My issue is the assistant taking the place of what should be the power button. It took me 5 minutes to figure out that I needed to hold down the assistant button and volume up, to power off the phone, due to it over heating. Yes, this phone overheats and it overheats quickly, with simple things like reading emails or messages. I honestly hope that most of or all of these issues can be fixed, because the Google Pixel 6 Pro has a lot of potential to be a really great phone!

I received this phone about 2-3 weeks ago and wanted to test it out before really writing a review. Let's start with the pros: it's fast, the camera quality is AMAZING! The camera has a lot of cool features including 360. The 360 is really amazing because it uses AI to render and blend the sections into a nice sphere. There's ample storage on the phone for all my needs and you really can utilize the full screen space The cons.. there are a few things that I dislike. No external SD slot to expand storage. That was one feature I miss from my old phone. The transition was slow from my old phone to new phone with data transfer. Not sure if this is a software issue, but the keyboard has been lagging. Overall love the phone with a few cons that docked it to 4/5 stars. Recommend if you're ok with no external SD!

This was my first Google Pixel phone, having been a Galaxy person my whole cellphone life, and I can see why so many people are making the change. Right out of the box, the phone looks great. The sleek and smooth glass on the front and back feel good in your hand, but I'd definitely recommend a case to prevent dropping it. The USB-C connection cord made data transfer simple and quick. The screen is bright and crystal clear which makes the colors really look crisp. The fingerprint reader works as well if not better than my old Galaxy phones but it does occasionally have trouble picking it up on the first try. The speaker is very nice and definitely felt like a top of the line addition. Music sounded very good, and call quality is no problem. The phone's processing speed in my opinion is the best I've ever had. Absolutely no issue switching between apps and having multiple things working at once. The battery life is decent, lasts me most of the day on my busiest days, outperforming my old phone by about 25 percent. There is no headphone jack, which I do personally miss, however that seems to be the way all phones are nowadays and just something I'll have to get used to. Also not having expandable memory is a bit of a bummer, so if you like to download a lot or like to record/photograph you might have to lose something to accommodate your needs. The biggest positive this phone has though, is it's camera. The powerful camera takes some of the most beautiful pictures I've ever taken with a phone. The Pixel also has some of the best included editing tools on the market. Motion Mode is fun to play with, and the 20x zoom is impressive. My favorite is the Magic Eraser that can save a great photo by eliminating a pesky problem with ease. Video is also great, allowing you the ability to record live in 4k, looking incredible. There are also built-in tools for video as well, which help to lessen background noise and put more emphasis on the person being recorded so they sound clear even while walking down a busy street. All around one of the best camera experiences I've had. Honestly couldn't be happier with my first exposure to the Pixel world, with the very minor issues I've had being mostly personal preference things I can easily look past.
