      Works well for turning and removing pizza. I would recommend having a separate peel for launching, or have 2 of these peels - one for launching and one for turning/removal. We initially used this for launching, turning, and removing the pizza. We found that the peel would get too hot which would lead to the 2nd and 3rd pizzas being more difficult to launch. Overall it works great.
