      Without question, this is the worst microwave I have ever owned!!! Unless you stand right next to it, it is impossible to hear the "ding" at the end of cooking.... absolutely stupid!! The sensor cooking is far from accurate....it tends to burn things. I regret having bought this, and I have only had it about one month. While I did not buy it from this website, I had no other way to let people know what a waste of money this is!!

This microwave is very stylish and looks great on our countertop. It cooks quickly and evenly and we like how the light turns on when it starts cooking so we can see the food as it is being cooked. It also defrosts quickly and evenly. We also like the size, it is quite a bit larger than the microwave we had before. It is also very easy to clean. Would recommend!

All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG. It arrived promptly. First thing is the aesthetics of the microwave are very appealing. Very sleek look. Simple to use. Heats up the food quickly. The noise it emits is the same as any other microwave- not any quieter but not any louder. Only thing I would improve is the rolling 5 point support under the turntable glass plate. The turntable glass plate does not sit firmly on top of the support. The wiggle room is not horrible but could use improvement. Overall very good product with a great value.

      Looks great and matches the rest of my new LG appliances. I like the features and microwave heats/cooks food well. Nice size, plenty big for our needs. Cons-noisy, when operating. Sounds like something might be hitting the fan. Also control panel is dark and hard to read in low light.

      This microwave has a lot of space inside for bigger containers and what made us love it even more was the safety lock on the side so it's not easy for a kid to come and open it.

      I replaced a 15 year old LG microwave because the turntable broke and I wanted an updated one. This microwave did not disappoint. It operates smoothly and has great features. I really like the sensor reheat and cook functions. It has an easy-to-use design and a great price point. I'm a happy buyer!

      This microwave was a replacement for another LG that stop working. They sent the replacement promptly but then the door would not open on the replacement . It was taking so long I had to buy another microwave. They were supposed to refund me for the microwave. I still haven't received a refund. This complaint was started on September 26th. Every time I call they say it I should hear from them in 2 days or it's in RA dept, one excuse after another. I feel this issue should have been taken care of by now. We have all LG appliances but I would never buy online directly from LG.

      We bought this microwave to replace the old LG 1.5 cf countertop microwave we had for 10 years and it finally died. It was awesome and we loved it. It was quiet and cooked the food perfectly and was easy to open and close and fit in our space. The new neochef is so loud! Like an airplane getting ready for takeoff. If I put my hand on the door it gets a bit quieter. The new 5 point tray wheel is horrible. There are 3 wheels and 3 square pieces that drag along, and the plate sits up too high. Also there is SOOO much condensation after cooking, it is awful!! Is there any fix for this?? On the older version there was a :30 add time or reduce time which I liked a lot. It's gone. The clock does not keep time. I set it and it falls behind in a day. Also, the almost all black door is constantly smudged with fingerprints. Why fix something if it is working???? This machine is like a relic from the 1980's. Total garbage. If the door is not supposed to be loose, I would like a different machine or an explanation for why it is so loud please!
