Cooktop Performance
Equipped with four sealed, dual-flame stacked burners, this range delivers a full spectrum of heat settings. The versatile gas burner configuration includes a 21,000-BTU multi-ring brass burner and dual-stack burners, offering a range of heat settings from gentle simmer to intense flame. The 3-piece grates with reversible wok feature are easy to clean and complement different culinary techniques, with a flat side for traditional cooking and a contoured side that perfectly holds round-bottom woks.
Oven Features
The spacious 5.3 cu. ft. oven provides ample room for various baking and roasting needs. The dynamic oven LCD is both functional and stylish, showing which oven mode is currently in use and other helpful information, like oven temperature, timer, and probe temperature. Precision oven modes simplify the cooking process by automatically tracking progress and making time and temperature adjustments. The oven also includes three full-extension, smooth-glide, self-clean oven racks that glide smoothly in and out on stainless steel ball bearings for easy access and are designed to remain in the oven during the self-clean cycle.
Smart Connectivity
Built-in WiFi capabilities allow for remote activation of cooking functions, such as preheating the oven, setting timers, and activating Chef Connect, through the SmartHQ™ app. This feature is perfect for a busy lifestyle, enabling control of your range from your smartphone.
