      I wanted a DVD player I could hook my external HD to and this was perfect. Good value.

      Cheap DVD player that does the job.

      Needed another DVD player and didn't want to spend a lot of money. This little guy does the job pretty well. Kind of ticked off that the USB feature won't play MP4s or AVI files that have been converted from MP4. Could not find any useful help from anybody anywhere either. Meh...

      Broke on second use and wouldn't open to give my DVD back. Tried multiple remotes and batteries

      It turns out that,.... some aspect of the components was removed. There is no cable to attach the "direct to USB feature stated in the advertisement. This is a " Bait and Switch" , if ever there was one. The typical consumer would be left with no clear way to utilize this equipment !

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

      The remote supplied with the unit did not work. In playback there is a lag in audio, not synchronised. Use the replacement remote supplied by LG.

      Hard to review the actual product as connection to my new LG TV not included. Surprised as both new. As my other LG products are very good will rate it well. The product looks very good - compact.
