      i bought 4 of these monitors, each of these failed with the same fault of horizontal lines on the screen. two of these failed within warranty, and samsung fixed these at no cost to me. however, after the warranty expired, the same exact fault is seen on the other two monitors. due to four monitors showing the same failure i expect this is a manufacturing or design fault. reaching out to samsung customer service i received a statement that they would be unable to extend my warranty to cover the service to the two monitors that failed after the warranty, quoting them "i relate to what you have said as a consumer. but i'm really sorry, i cannot give you a extension warranty."

      this is the best monitor i have ever had. i have been through many and disappointed more times than i can count. not with this one! the size, the clarity, the lightweight for a big monitor - all make this one a winner.

      i bought this screen in 2017. and this february, the screen keeps on turning off from time to time. i had to remove the ac adapter and plug it back in for the screen to keep going. i then put a fan behind my screen just to keep it going. i can't believe that samsung make such a bad product. if i would have known, i would not have spent that much money for this screen.

      This monitor is terrible. The placement of the power button is absolutely not sensible friendly for children or anything. Its inability to have a smart location for power or controls makes it bad design. I would not recommend this for any younger users or family users, i would not even use it if had choice. I regret buying it.

      I did my research on the product. I'm using it as a second monitor for my laptop. I knew that it didn't have speaker because if it had, it would have stated that in the specs. Great graphics and clarity. I haven't had a single problem with it. I'm about to go buy a 32" Samsung TV this weekend for my home monitor/TV in my office because I like this monitor so much.

      I mix music, make art, and make videos. The large monitor makes what I like to do so much more fun and easy. It is so much easier to pay attention to details. My screensaver looks lovely on this display! One small con is that it somehow looks small on camera, so I can't brag about it online!

      100% of my business is on the computer. When it was time to buy a new system, I was torn between a desktop and a laptop. I wanted the mobility for travel, but needed a big display and a laptop just wasn't going to cut it. I ended up buying a MacBook Air to be mobile and 2 of these monitors. Best decision ever. I've used them 7 days/week for the last 6 months and there's no turning back. They're huge, "pretty" and get the job done. I wouldn't suggest them for design/photo editing, but for paper pushing, they're awesome! I'm back on the website to purchase 2 more for our assistant. CONS - no built in speakers!

      This monitor looks fantastic (when it is turned off). The resolution stinks when you blow it up to 32". The quality is also suspect. I ordered two and one didn't work straight out of the box.
