The upper delicate dryer lets you flat dry to prevent the items from shrinking and fabric damage.       Two dryers in one lets you dry delicates and everyday garments at the same time, or independently. By combining a conventional large capacity dryer with a delicate dryer, you can dry everyday clothes and delicates that need gentle care to keep your items in great condition.

      Delicate Dryer

      Standstill delicate rack lets you dry undergarments, sweaters, and accessories to prevent shrinkage and fabric damage.

      Multi-Steam Technology

      With powerful and flexible steam options, you can reduce and remove wrinkles, odors, bacteria and static. Unlike other steam dryers which require users to manually refill a water reservoir, Samsung’s Multi-Steam Technology requires no refills.       I have had the dryer for 3.5 years and I have been very happy with it. Excellent quality, many options, top dryer great for drying delicates or shoes. On the downside the washer has died a long time ago so it didn't make it to the two year mark.

      I truly loved this washer and dryer but it's 3 years later and already the dryer has a crack in the welding which technician explained was likely due to poor welding at time of manufacturing. Like I said, I loved this dryer - great features, beautiful, and I am a die-hard Samsung customer - but when your thousands of dollars don't last longer than 3 years it is disheartening. Will have to look at other brands.

      i bought this two years ago , its been amazing ! love the top dryer for my hand washed items and delicates . the main drum fits a king size bedspread with riom to spare . dries great , i normally use the timed dry . lets hope this machine lasts a long time .

      i waited one year to write this review, all i can say is "best dryer ever" is so practical from all points of view, being a "flex" is just a plus, even without top dryer i would reccomend it, but im definetly amazed with how it doesnt matter what your needs are, this dryer cover every single one, from a pair of socks to a pair of shows

      for a product as expensive as this, it is surprising that is broke down with a major fault at 2.5 years from purchase (not spinning anymore) and that a company like samsung considers this an out of warranty breakdown (mechanical core problem). i have a washer as well (pair of units) that also broke at the same time and is leaking water from the drum onto the floor with torn rubber insulation. these products are flimsy and buyers should be beware

      Bought this product just over a year ago, used for less than 12 months as we bought it before moving in. A week ago, the drier started making a loud band with every revolution of the drum, so there is clearly a problem. Just out of warranty so I expect a big repair bill. Product has only had light use, just me and my wife, no big family, so this is especially disappointing. Love the drier and it does a great job, shame about the problem, this has certainly put a question over durability and has put a downer on Samsung products, hope the washer proves more durable.

      Samsung's FlexDry has been a great upgrade for my family. We have been very impressed by how quickly and thoroughly the clothes have dried in the main dryer. It's also beautiful to look at. I've had so many comments on the attractive appearance. The top dryer with the air-drying rack has really been nice as well. So far we have been able to dry my wife's suede skirt and a new nice blouse that normally would have been ruined in a standard dryer. Our old dryer did not hold nearly the capacity of the FlexDry, and since this machine is so efficient, I never have to worry about pulling out damp clothes at the end of the cycle. Our home used to be cluttered with items that we had washed but couldn't dry with the full load. We are talking chairs, the counter, etc. But now, our FlexDry can handle any load and gets everything dried and ready to wear. The FlexDry is so easy to use that my kids are now even pitching in. We will see if that lasts but overall, I am very happy with this dryer.
