I BOUGHT THIS TWO DAYS AGO. BEFORE THIS PRODUCT I USED HBS-910 INFINIM. I WAS EXPECTING THE SAME SOUND QUALITY AS . AND I REALLY VERY MUCH SATISFIED AFTER GETTING THIS UPGRADE MODEL. 4.2 BLUTOOTH WORKS VERY GOOD. THE SOUND IS AS LOUD AS I EXPECTED. BOTTOM OF THE LINE IS " FANTASTIC ".

I bougth this to replace my HBS 900, that worked fine in lots of meetings the last 4 years. with HBS 920, I get the feedback that my voice is not audible, so I also tested and indeed the microphone seems very low quality... I thought about returning it, but still headphone is fine. is there any way to adjust the mic?

Casing broke apart after 10 days of use

I received these as a birthday gift. This is what they looked like after 10 days of normal wear and tear. They were not dropped or walked on or anything that would damage them this way. LG will not replace them and the insurance purchased will not replace them either. Will not buy LG headphones again!

Brought this product in a silver and black and both broke in the center. I paid too much money for this to have happen and can no longer use. Would give a "0" if they had number as a rating. I am so disappointed with LG.

I love the design and the bass boost that was added to the headphone. But sad that they have broken 9 months into using them. I love the product just hate that is was so easy to break wearing them around your neck while exercising

I'm seeing reviews on here complaining about no sound coming in through the ear buds. Mine worked fine and then "suddenly" stopped working. There is a volume control button on the headphones that I must have moved when adjusting the band around my neck. After adjusting the volume button the headphones worked fine with the sound. I think to get the best sound, its best to experiment with the volumes on your phone and headset to get the right mix.

I bought these straight out of the box they connected up ok using bluetooth on my IPHONE X but I cannot for the life of me to get the sound to come out. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE VERY DISAPOINTED
